Meet Loriann Bass, Owner & Administrator

Hello, and welcome to Golden Hearts Personal Care Agency. My name is Loriann Bass, and I founded Golden Hearts with a deep passion for serving older adults and helping families find compassionate, dependable care in the comfort of their own homes. My journey in healthcare began as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), where I spent five years providing direct care to individuals throughout Mississippi. I later continued my caregiving career at a nursing home for another five years, gaining valuable experience supporting seniors with a wide range of physical, emotional, and daily living needs.
While working in long-term care, I often saw residents miss the comfort of their homes, families, and familiar surroundings. Those experiences inspired me to further my education and ultimately create an agency dedicated to helping individuals age in place with dignity, independence, and quality care. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration and a Master's Degree in Public Administration, complemented by certifications in Human Resources and Assisted Living Management.
At Golden Hearts, our mission is to deliver care where compassion meets quality and accountability. Every client is treated like family, and every care plan is developed with the understanding that no two individuals are alike. We believe that growing older should not mean giving up the comfort of home, and we are committed to helping our clients maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life for as long as possible. Thank you for trusting Golden Hearts Personal Care Agency.
